Our Therapists

David Bishop is a licensed clinical social worker with over two decades of experience working with individuals who are experiencing many of life's challenges, such as grief, depression, and anxiety.  For many years, he operated his practice without the knowledge of how sleep impacts our mental health.  A journey of his own to discover a life of sleep wellness issues informed his incorporation of sleep health into his practice.  The dedicated focus os sleep and mental health wellness is the cornerstone of our theoretical approach.

He looks forward to learning about your own sleep wellness journey as we partner together on your mental wellness.

Our Focus

Sleep and Mental Wellness is a dedicated platform founded by a licensed clinical social worker to provide support and resources for individuals experiencing challenging life circumstances and poor sleep wellness.

 

Our services include therapy, wellness sessions, group programs, and consultation with other therapists.  We offer insightful resources such as worksheets, journals, and roadmaps around mental health and sleep wellness.

 

Our online platform aims to foster a community of individuals and therapists to engage in discussions and explore the profound intersection of sleep and mental health.

Our sleep quality impacts how we feel on a daily basis. Our mental wellness influences how we sleep. Together, these two interconnected areas shape the foundation of our lives affecting how we show up in our relationships, how sharp and focused we are at work, how productive we feel, and even our ability to stay active and energized.

Do you have signs and symptoms of a sleep disorder which necessitates seeing a sleep physician?  We have evidence based screening tools to help facilitate the process while we also work with you on your mental health.  This is unique and rarely a focus of other mental health professionals.​
